16 October — International Bosss Day

October 16 is the International Bosss Day, introduced by Americans in 1958. The tradition was followed by many countries to mark that being boss means not only big salary and administrative rights, but also huge responsibility, overwork and wellbeing of employees, which always means risks and nerves consumption. Nowadays the Bosss Day is widely celebrated in the USA, Great Britain, South Africa, and Australia. This day bosses are usually presented with flowers and greeting cards, their employees organize corporate parties with songs and congratulations. This is common for companies where the boss is liked and esteemed.

However, its a new celebration for Russia and traditions of the day have only been forming. This includes the ways of congratulating the boss and appropriate gifts to present to him. At the present moment one of the most practical and original ways to mark the Bosss Day is to get the chief acquainted with a nice candidate for the vacancy if there is one - of referent or assistant.
