MSEU has significant experience and traditions in training foreign specialists. Tall training programs at the University are compiled according to the European standards of education. The laboratories are equipped with modern computing facilities. Besides theory courses students have an opportunity to apply their skills during expeditions and summer practicing and also to perform different scientific research.

  Speciality: data processing computer technologies.

  Specialities: numerical techniques; math modeling in geophysics.

Exploration and Mining Technique Faculty

• Technique and technology of mineral deposits exploration survey.
  Specialities: exploration processes technology and planning; mechanization and power supply of mining and exploration; technique and technology of seafloor mineral deposits exploration survey.
• Mine surveying.
• Underground mining of mineral deposits.
  Specialities: underground mining of base, rare and radioactive metal deposits; underground mining of blanket deposits; combined mining of base, rare and radioactive metal deposits; physical and chemical geotechnology.
• Opencast mining.
  Specialities: placer deposits development; integrated use of mineral resources and mining ecology; integrated use of water resources while mining.

Hydrogeology Faculty

• Groundwater exploration and survey; geological engineering survey.
  Speciality: economical hydrogeology and geologic engineering.

Tuition and Other Fees:
Tuition fees vary depending on the course chosen - $1600-2000 per year. Apprentices pay $1700 per year and PhD students - $2000.
The hostel costs $60 a month.
Also students pay $150 per year for medical insurance.
Average foreign student spends around $100-150 a month for food and other needs.
