Applicants should submit following documents:
- 6 photos 4 x 6 cm
- Secondary education certificate (for a Bachelor degree training), Bachelor's degree certificate (for Masters Program and Higher Engineering School), higher education certificate (for postgraduate course and scientific training)
- Medical certificate proving absence of any medical contraindications for studying in Russia
- Application stating applicant’s will to pay for his studies
For registering an invitation for studying in Russian Federation an applicant should submit a photocopy of his national passport and CV and pay 250 Rubles ($10).
Tuition fees:
- Bachelors (Training Period - 4 years) - $1 200 per year
- Masters (Training Period - 2 years) - $1 500 per year
- Post-graduate (Training Period - 3 years) - $1 800 per year
- Russian Language (Training Period -1 to 3 years) - $1 000 per year
- Scientific training (Training Period - 1 year) - $1 000 per year
- Hostel (1 bed) - $20 per month
- Compulsory medical insurance - $120 per year
