The supplies of ice cream in the PRC can be established through the Russian sales pavilion opened at the Chinese online Tmall Global platform together with the Russian Export Centre (REC) and Alibaba Group.

According to TASS, this was reported by the Head of REC Petr Fradkov on the “Russia 24” TV channel on Tuesday, September 6. The Russian President Vladimir Putin presented a box of Russian ice cream to the President of PRC Xi Jinping Russian during the Eastern Economic Forum.

“I think after such an advertisement this product will certainly be in demand, considering the high quality of our ice cream” – the information agency quotes the words of Fradkov. At the same time, he noted that at first it was necessary to solve a number of problems: logistics costs, customs clearance, delivery terms. “We have to be prepared and have already started the work on creation of logistic chains for the formation of these types of shipments from Russia” – the Head of REC stated.
